Shop Policies

I gladly accept returns and exchanges that are unused and unwashed.  A refund will be issued once I receive the item(s) in proper condition.  If not, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Items that have a cigarette odor
  • Washed totes or other items
  • Any clothing items
  • Masks and ear savers
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All items are shipped via USPS first class unless weight goes over the limit in which case I will use priority.  I am not responsible for shipping times once it lands in the hands of the USPS.  First class is not insured, so if you want insurance, you need to let me know.
